As Head of Growth & Marketing, I built the marketing function from the ground up pre-launch and scaled membership 10X YoY. I conceived and launched the referral program that became the top acquisition channel — designing the mechanics, writing the copy, and building the cross-functional process end to end. I also created a tight member feedback loop through user interviews and surveys, partnering with product to reflect real needs in the roadmap, resulting in 25%+ retention and sustainable community-led growth.
