I oversaw brand, social, and partnership strategy for INDAY, a fast-casual restaurant in Manhattan. During my 6-month project, INDAY went from running a single, standalone location to 3 unique stores under the INDAY brand. My goal was to grow the brand into an easily scalable lifestyle brand with local and national attention. I focused on the day-to-day marketing operations and partnership strategy of the business and was the right-hand to INDAY’s founder + owner.
