I oversaw brand, social, and partnership strategy for INDAY, a fast-casual restaurant in Manhattan.
During the 6-month project, INDAY went from running a single, standalone location to 3 unique stores under the INDAY brand. My goal was to grow the brand into an easily scalable lifestyle brand with local and national attention. I focused on the day-to-day marketing operations and partnership strategy of the business and was the right-hand to INDAY’s founder + owner. During the launch of each new store, I set up and executed weekly partnerships with local and national brands for months at a time. In this time, INDAY’s Instagram following increased by 16% and engagement rate went up 150%, not to mention the unmeasurable foot traffic increase for the flagship and new locations.
