As Senior Lifecycle & Product Marketing Manager, I oversaw all patient-facing communications, from email, SMS, onsite, and in-app with the goal to engage, retain, and optimize their experience using The Pill Club. In just 2 months under my management, email and SMS engagement and conversion rates doubled. My role also included growing organic brand awareness and supporting partnership marketing for B2B/B2C campaigns and product launches. When The Pill Club was acquired by Nurx, I managed all lifecyle comms, CRM, and patient data passover through the transition process.
